Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping & Delivery Times
After your order is processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Up to 3 weeks after dispatch
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Important Notes
We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us support@restlypillow.com within 7 days of the carrier confirming delivery.
