Our 5-Year Warranty

At Glinora, we proudly stand behind the quality of our handcrafted jewelry. If a manufacturing defect occurs within five (5) years from the original purchase date, we will take care of it by offering a repair, a replacement, or store credit, at our discretion.

This warranty applies only to defects related to the craftsmanship and materials of your Glinora jewelry (such as broken clasps or soldering issues). It does not cover normal wear and tear (including scratches or tarnish from everyday use), accidental damage, loss of items, misuse, or the natural aging process that occurs as the jewelry is worn.

By purchasing from Glinora, you agree to our Terms of Service, which include important legal provisions regarding this warranty, dispute resolution, and limitations of liability.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects — issues that should not occur in a properly made product, including but not limited to:

  • Defective zippers, snaps, or closures resulting from manufacturing flaws

  • Seams or stitching that unravel under normal use without excessive force

  • Premature loss of fabric elasticity due to improper manufacturing assembly

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Glinora may choose to repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue store credit.

What’s Not Covered

Normal Wear & Aging

All fabric products naturally change over time. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fabric pilling (small lint balls), fuzzing, or surface dulling

  • Color fading or natural shifting of shades due to regular washing and drying

  • Slight fabric stretching or thinning over years of consistent use

  • Normal loosening of the material after extensive wear

Damage & Misuse

  • Ripping, tearing, snagging, or holes caused by sharp objects, jewelry, pets, or catching on furniture

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals, bleaching agents, or improper detergents

  • Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions (e.g., washing at incorrect temperatures or improper drying)

  • Repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by third parties

  • Loss or theft

How to File a Warranty Claim

Please email support@glinora.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

We review claims as quickly as possible. In certain cases, we may request that the item be sent to us for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping items to Glinora; we strongly recommend insured shipping with tracking.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. All claims are evaluated in accordance with this policy.

Fair Use Policy

To ensure fairness and availability of this warranty for all customers, Glinora reserves the right to limit or deny coverage in situations that may include, but are not limited to:

  • More than three (3) warranty claims within a twelve (12) month period

  • Warranty claims involving more than fifty percent (50%) of total purchases

  • Evidence of misuse, excessive wear, intentional damage, or fraudulent activity

The Fine Print

  • Remedy: Repair, replacement, or store credit only. Cash refunds are not available.

  • Legal terms: This warranty is governed by Glinora’s Terms of Service, including provisions related to arbitration, dispute resolution, class action waiver, and limitations of liability.

  • Final authority: All warranty decisions are made solely at Glinora’s discretion.

  • State rights: This warranty does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded or waived under applicable law.
